Hello!

My name is Zoe Rollinson. I wanted to use this space so I could tell you a little about me. 

Most of my career, I have been an educator and even held a senior role running my own Academy. During the past two decades, alongside building a career, I always made cakes. Since I was eight years old, I have assisted on wedding cakes, birthday cakes and giant cupcakes with my mother's semi-professional business, Heavenly Sinful Cakes by Angela. 

 

It has been my passion and hobby to push boundaries of what is possible and create tasty treats that shock and awe people. With a wide range of flavours in sponge, and buttercream, my cakes will be a must have on your menu!

In my personal achievements, I have a black belt in Kickboxing, experience in Kobudo and Taekwondo, medals in aerial acrobatics and am half way through a doctorate.

As a woman of many talents and hobbies, I look forward to helping create something special for you.
